III. Objectives
Objective A: EEAW staff and E3 Washington partners will develop one comprehensive-statewide and 18 local-level plans to strengthen and expand environmental education.

Objective B: EEAW staff and board will coordinate the leadership structure for completion of E3 Washington state and local plans and EEAW development.
