This is an intranet page for logging conference calls made on the EEAW conference call line.

This page is accessible only through the following URL. If you use our conference line, please bookmark this page.

The following should be logged for each call:

• Your name
• The number of participants including yourself
• The duration of the call
• The purpose of the call and the project to which it relates

To open a log page, just click on the ADD COMMENT button at the bottom of this page.

When you have entered the necessary information, be sure to click SAVE.

At the end of each billing cycle for our conference line vendor, I will collect the logs and clear the pages for the next cycle. This will facilitate our efforts to charge calls out to the correct projects or activities.
